Revised Sealcoating Schedule:

Friday, 7/26            Crestwood Cts, Brooks Ct. and Kennedy Ct.

Monday, 7/29         Willow Lane, (entire road will be closed) and portion of Lilac. Close down one entrance off of Lilac allowing people to still use Lilac.

Tuesday, 7/30          Lilac Lane, entire road and the second entrance    from Lilac to Willow.

Wednesday, 7/31    Rosewood Drive, entire road will be closed

Thursday, 8/1         Azalea Drive, entire road.will be closed

Monday, 8/5           Crestwood Pkwy and Valley Stream, one side

Tuesday, 8/6           Other side of Crestwood Pkwy and Valley Stream

Wednesday, 8/7     Kennedy Drive, entire road will be closed and
    Half of the Clubhouse Parking Lot

Thursday, 8/8         St. John Place, entire road will be closed and other Half of the Clubhouse Parking Lot

Please be aware, any vehicles remaining in the Clubhouse parking lot on the morning of Tuesday, 8/6 will be towed at the owners expense. Parking lot must be completely empty.

We apologize for the unscheduled changes as it was out of our control.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PAYMENTS FOR MONTHLY FEES OR REPAIR BILLS ARE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE TRUSTEE'S OFFICE LOCATED IN THE CLUBHOUSE OR DROPPED IN PAYMENT BOX IN FRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE TO AVOID UNNECESSARY LATE FEES

Remember:

A current copy of your Homeowners insurance must
be filed annually with the Trustee's office.

You will be assessed a fine of $50.00 per month for not providing a current Declarations Page of your Insurance.

PLEASE DO NOT PULL INTO THE MAINTENANCE PARKING LOT. There is limited space for the trucks pulling in and out of that lot.
