The Clubhouse is still closed. The State Senate has passed legislation giving Senior Communities immunity from Covid-19 related lawsuits. Please contact your state Assembly encouraging them to pass the companion legislation. It would then go to the Governors desk to sign into law.
The administrative office and maintenance department is fully staffed and fully operating. You must come to the back of the clubhouse for administration.
Starting October 2020, the bus will resume our regular schedule with the exception of the Sunday Church run.
Due to Covid-19, the clubhouse will remain closed. The office is staffed and will meet by appointment only. Please do not come to the clubhouse without an appointment. The maintenance department is operating but all requests must be by telephone. No one is permitted to enter the maintenance building. Thank you for your cooperation.

ELECTION NEWS
At this writing, a schedule for re-opening the State and Nation are discussions being held. Our by-laws do not address such conditions, so we have asked our Attorney for guidance as to the proper procedure that should be followed. If the State gets back to normal quickly, the election will be on June 1st. It appears that this date will not be possible so the election will be done by mail. Ballots will mail out to each Member on May 18th. Residents must mail back or drop in the Co-op mailbox in front of the clubhouse flagpole by May 29th as the election committee will count them on June 1st, election day. It should be noted that if you mail the ballot, give extra time since the mail service seems to be slow during these unusual times and circumstances.
Our budget meeting is scheduled for June 8th. This meeting may be rescheduled as needed. We will advise you in the June newsletter. In the interim, stay safe and well.
THE BUS WILL ONLY BE GOING TO THE LOCAL MARKETS AS IN PREVIOUS MONTHS.
RECYCLE DATES ARE MAY 8TH AND MAY 22ND.
