Golf Course

Crestwood Village One is the only adult community in Manchester to offer a golf course. The private 9 hole, par-3 golf course is open to resident and their guests only.

For more information on membership and scheduled events, please refer to the newsletter or check the bulliten board in the clubhouse.

Bocce and indoor and outdoor shuffleboard leagues are organized throughout the spring summer and fall. See the Village calendar for important dates. Contact the club for available openings.

Bus Service

Daily bus service is provided to our residents free of charge to local and regional shopping centers. Please see our Calendars section for scheduled bus service.

Notice to Village

Manchester Township has new rules for using Brown recyclabes bags.

These bags can only contain leaves, pine needles and stems/leaves from your garden. Do not include any soil. Anything else and the village cannot pick them up. Put out branches and your bags the day before pick-up.

Reminder: You can put out bulk garbage and recyclables the day before pick-up.

Monthly Maintenance payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received in the office by 3:00 PM on the 10th of the month will be assessed a $15.00 late fee.
