Notice to all: The Board has noticed that too many people are putting out Bulk Garbage at the wrong time. Therefore, if any Bulk Garbage is put out other the the day before or the day of a scheduled pick up, our Maintenence Dept will pick it up and you will be charged a minimum of $25.00. Please make sure your Bulk Garbage is out by 7am on pick up day.
HOPA FORMS: Every two years we all have to complete updated HOPA forms to prove that our residential status is within the guidelines to be considered an adult community. If you have not done so this year, please complete a form at the Trustees Office.
Notice: A new ramp has been installed from the Clubhouse parking lot down to the Maintenance building. The ramp is in the far corner of the lot. This will make it easier to get into the Maintenance lot. PLEASE DO NOT PULL IN TO THE MAINTENANCE PARKING LOT. There is limited space for the trucks and buses pulling in and out of that lot.
